- A smartcard ID or ID document (The original copy or the actual smartcard ID) and you must be 18 years or older. In a case that you haven’t made any changes to your maiden name after marriage, it is imperative that you bring along a Marriage Certificate.
- You will need to produce the latest payslip – Thus you have to be employed or have a stable income.
- You will also need to bring along a 3 months bank statement – in the statement, 3 latest salary payments will have to be indicated.
