Commercial Funding options are not banks nor government institutions which makes them a unique funding alternative to the conventional method of sourcing and securing funding for your business.
Commercial Funding Organisations (CFOs) provide an alternative funding solution and mainly focuses on asset funding. CFOs are willing to take a higher risk than banks and other funding institutions for a higher premium or interest. Sometimes their funding is subjected to the CFO having partial ownership or subscribing to being shareholders of the organization being financed.

Business Partners
Business Partners Limited is a specialized risk finance company that provides funding for formal small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in South Africa and some African countries. Business partners provide entrepreneurs who are in the growth and expansion phase of their business by providing them with financing, specialist sectoral knowledge, and added-value services to help support qualifying businesses in their growth journey.
The main objective for the organization is to provide funding for SMEs by structuring unique financing solutions for businesses that they provide the funding to. Most deals are structured using equity, shareholders’ loan accounts, revenue sharing, and term loans or a viable combination of these. The deal will consider all the necessary factors such as risk assessment, the nature of the business, and the entrepreneur who is involved in the business. The deals are flexible to cater to each business’s unique needs and objectives.

Business Partners can finance up to R50 Million in all sectors of the economy except direct farming operations, underground mining and non-profit organizations. Any formal SME that has a gross asset that is under R100 million and where the annual turnover does not exceed R200 Million with employees that are less than 500 working for the SME. Applications lower than R500, 000.00 are normally not considered.
