Tile: Don’t settle for safe

Author: Sarah Jakes Robert

Find him in everything you do. May every word out of your mouth be a reflection of him. That’s how you will become a light that the world cannot diffuse. When your light burns for him the world will have to take notice.

In this beautifully written book, Sarah Robert up about her struggles and the skills she developed over the years to become the best version of herself. Sarah knows how it feels too buried by failure and aching pain. She was once a teenage mother, divorced but she came out stronger and better in the end.

Consequently, her journey brought her faith to a somewhat standstill. Sarah found she had to choose between staying in the comfort of the pain she knew and ultimately to make new wounds and move forward. Sarah shares the numerous life lessons she’s learned along the way.

Every chapter of this book spoke to me. It allowed me to dig deep and reflect, something I found myself struggling with. “Don’t settle for safe” push past those safe and uncomfortable places

I would definitely encourage anyone undergoing their spiritual journey to pick up this book.
