Hawks Investigate R15 Million Sports Field

South Africans have created so much noise over the R15 Million flimsy-looking Lesseyton Sports field that authorities could not continue to ignore such a high profile matter that has many eyebrows up.

According to eNCA, the Hawks are taking over the investigation on the development of Komani’s so-called ‘stadium’, which is said to have cost R15 million but was tendered for R22 million.

The Economic Freedom Fighters(EFF) claim that there are signs of money laundering and corruption in the project. The party opened a case of corruption in Komani against the leadership of the Enoch Mgijima Local Municipality.
