Minister of Health, Zweli Mkhize confirms 240 COVID-19 cases in South Africa, Gauteng remains the epicenter.

South African coronavirus cases have just risen to 240, this is 38 more cases from the 202 cases reported on Friday.

Eastern Cape has just recorded its first case of COVID-19.

“It is also notable that the Eastern Cape has its first confirmed case. This patient is a 28-year-old female who had travelled to Germany.” said Zweli in a statement
