News24 reported that the SARS (South African Revenue Services) Offices in Pretoria went up in flames on Monday, around 11:00. This was said and confirmed by Charles Mabaso.
In a statement he said that “The call was received at approximately 10:58 that an office was on fire at SARS’ office in Brooklyn. “
There are no answers to what caused the fire as of yet and thus is still under investigation.
Tshwane Emergency Services Spokesperson, Charles Mabaso also added that “upon arrival, firefighters discovered smoke coming uout of the office a s went in to investigate”
“The fire was extinguished as no injuries were reported” he added.
