The Enoch Mgijima municipality in the Eastern Cape is yet again under the spotlight for spending allegedly R98 Million for a road that is only 6.7 kilometres long.
The road is still under construction but experts believe that the road being constructed at its current price tag is not great value for money.
Residents are furious and indent on taking those responsible for the tender process to court. Officials in the municipality are still defending the tender.
