The 4th South Africa Investment Conference takes place as the country emerges from the fourth wave of the COVID-19 pandemic. This has led to a relaxation of lockdown restrictions and a further opening of social and economic activities.
President Cyril Ramaphosa has been doing interviews at the conference to discuss about the positive attractions that investors can expect from South Africa. He outlined how South Africa offers investors lucrative opportunities through its massive build programme to develop social and economic infrastructure.
The African Development Bank committed to investing R42.5 billion in South Africa over the next five years. This is part of the initiative made by the President to raise R1.2 trillion in new investments over five years.

The conference is taking place at the Sandon Convention Centre in Johannesburg.
