The number of cases in South Africa now stands at 4220. The Health Minister Zweli Mkhize confirmed. Earlier, The iBusiness Forum reported 3,953 COVID-19 cases confirmed on Thursday. As of Friday, the number of cases has increased by 267 over the past 24 hours.
Yesterday we should a massive increase of 318, today South Africa sees a decline in a number of infections discovered.
Mkhize also mentioned that the number of deaths from COVID-19 has increased by 4, bringing the number to 79.
