This year’s 2020 International Women’s Day theme is #EachforEqual, enabling the world to greater heights. As we are all responsible for our thoughts and actions, the fight is on to tackle “stereotypes, fight bias, broaden perceptions, improve situations and celebrate women’s achievements.”
Gender equality has been a fight for the world, whereas the strongest people in the world are women. Don’t view equality as a women’s issue but as a business issue. Once that is refined, the world can be healthier and wealthier. Together we can build a harmonious world.
#EachForEqual – Equality

According to IWD 2020 – #EachForEqual is about ‘Collective Individualism’.
I‘ve been surrounded by remarkable women my whole life. Today, I pledge to support every woman in achieving their greatest ambitions. I’m honored to represent a company like @UltimateHCM who created the #EqualPay4All video in recognition of #InternationalWomensDay. #EachforEqual pic.twitter.com/paKw9d6SYQ

“We are all parts of a whole. Our individual actions, conversations, behaviors, and mindsets can have an impact on our larger society. Collectively, we can make change happen. Collectively, we can each help to create a gender-equal world.”
Let’s all strike the #EachForEqual Pose as you put your arms out front. This campaign is meant to run all year round, as it provides “a unified direction to guide and galvanize continuous collective action, with #EachforEqual activity reinforced and amplified all year”.
