The registration period was between October and November of 2019, all the individuals who registered during the period can check their status on dvprogram.state.gov (Electronic Diversity Visa) website.

Checking Status
You can check your status for DV-2020 until 30 Septemeber 2020. Checking your status will require the following:
- Confirmation Number starting with 2020 (Visit the Veri Entrant Page if you forgot your confirmation number)
- Your Last or Family Nane, (Surname)
- Year of Birth
- Authentication (This is to eliminate spam)
Currently, the countries not eligible include, Bangladesh, Brazil, Canada, China (mainland born), Colombia, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, India, Jamaica, Mexico, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines, South Korea, Some regions in the United Kingdom and Vietnam.
