Most Vodacom users wake in the early hours to use their free shakes via the Vodacom App or using the *111# string.
Each Vodacom (Prepaid, Top-Up, and Contract) customer get one free ShakeUp summer game every day to play and stand a chance to win a range of prizes using the ‘My Vodacom App) or a direct *133# – or you can shake using WhatsApp, by messaging ‘Shake Up’ to 082 009 8624.
Vodacom App and the USSD strings are zero-rated, but playing on WhatsApp will require data. Every time you recharge, you earn one Vodabuck per R1 and can be redeemed for prizes such as “Ferrari driving experience” which requires 15000 VodaBucks, Bus tickets discounts, 45 minutes Cape Town Helicopter flights experience which requires 9000 VodaBucks, Cape Town Helicopter Robben Island Flight for 13800 VodaBucks and more,
You can also MegaShake to win to increase the chances of winning a range of prizes such as entries to Grand Prices, Audi A3 entries, Mystery Prizes such as Kettles, Plasma TV and more electric appliances as well as vouchers for Edgars, Jet, Pep, Flook, Nandos, Uber, Uber Ears, Wimpy, Numetro, Shoprite & Checkers and Pick ‘n Pay. Furthermore, you can win Data, Minutes and Ticket Bundle.
Users want to win data than entries and discounts

Despite standing a chance to win R100 000 or the whole car (Audi A3), most South Africans have had it with Vodacom, and they want to win more data than entries and discounts.
Vodacom is disgustingly stingey with that Shakeup thing. This company sucks so much man

Vodacom Shaw Academy Course
According to Wikipedia, Shaw Academy is a privately owned online education organization based in Dublin, Ireland. It was founded in 2013 and it provides online courses which are audio/video recorded and deliver them to students through scheduled webinar times decided by the student to suit their “own pace”
Have you recently won a Vodacom Shaw Academy Course and laughed about it? Well, you can actually hone your skills with online courses offered by the Academy and be one of over 5 million certified graduates within a month.
I apparently won a Pick & Pay shopping voucher that expires tomorrow – 30/6/2020. I received only a partial message on the 18th June. Another one on the 21st for another prize to say we will contact the winner.
Any attempt through the call centre was futile, no one had a cooking clue as to what an ‘incompletemessage’ was.
Pick & pay says its a scam despite being sent from Vodacom itself!
Really?
